Question: A 63 year old male with Crohn’s disease is referred for recurrent facial swelling. He notes that periodically he will develop lip and lower facial swelling and feels “heaviness” around that area of his face. Examination reveals oral commissure lesions and a fissured tongue, but at the time of examination he has normal facial function and sensation. MRI is negative for intracranial pathology. What is the most likely diagnosis?
