Head On Collision

Question:   A 20 year old male is involved in an assault.  By report he was struck in the forehead with a baseball bat.  He presents in the emergency department with marked epistaxis that is controlled with topical agents.  On review of his CT, you notice that his anterior table is mildly comminuted but displaced 3-4 mm.  B2 transferrin analysis of his rhinorrhea is negative.  What is the recommended method of treatment for his frontal sinus fracture?   [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
