Metabolic Pathways

Question: A 34 year old female is referred for chronic sinusitis.  She endorses a 2 year history of worsening nasal obstruction and the recent onset of anosmia.  Exam reveals significant nasal polyposis.  While she denies any prior aspirin use, she does admit to nasal congestion and subjective shortness of breath after drinking wine.  What urine test can be obtained to rule out the diagnosis you suspect?    [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
