Rare Causes of Neck Pain

Question: A 72 year old female transplant recipient is evaluated for right neck edema and severe pain with neck movement.  She has no history of recent upper respiratory tract infection or malignancy.  Examination reveals a pattern of edema paralleling the right sternocleidomastoid muscle.  MRI reveals increased T2 signal uptake in the right SCM with an area of fluid near the sternoclavicular joint.  What is the most likely diagnosis?    [Answer will be posted with next week's new question]
