 Question: A 44 year old male from Minnesota comes to see you for evaluation of taste disturbance.  He notes no other associated symptoms other than dysgeusia.  He scores 37/40 on the UPSIT.  Exam reveals no mass or lesion of the oral cavity.  You question him about travel and he states that while he has not been out of the country, he did spend 2 weeeks camping in a densely wooded area a few months ago.  What is your leading diagnosis?
