Question: A 2 year old is referred for poor speech development and suspicion of hearing loss. She passed her newborn hearing screen. Behavioral audiometry showed thresholds in the 20 dB range. Auditory brainstem response testing showed no response in either ear. MRI is normal. What is the most likely diagnosis?
