Question: A 19 year old male is evaluated for conductive hearing loss involving the right ear. Otoscopic examination is normal. Pneumatic otoscopy reveals hypercompliance of the tympanic membrane. Further history reveals that he was trying to clean out his ears in the shower with his finger and felt a pop when the hearing loss started. What is the most likely diagnosis?
